THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP, WE FOUND THE SENSOR CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE SHIELD CIRCUIT, SO IT WAS SEEING A A/C SIGNAL ON THE SHIELD CIRCUIT AT THE TCM. SHOULD HAVE CHECK THAT BEFORE WE REPLACED THE TCM. EXPENSIVE LESON LEARNED. THANKS FOR THE QUICK RESPONSES.
