| 1998 Honda Civic LX 1.6L No A/C clutch VIN: 1HGEJ8146W When the vehicle goes to idle the ac shuts off. anthing above idle the ac functions normal. 50 rpm above idle and the ac works. The relay (coil side) I can see the ground that is controlled by the computer shut off and come back on when the idle increases. |
