| 1996 Honda Civic LX 1.6L Excessive Emissions, Surge, Stall, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 2HGEJ6670W Sorry for the delay on closing this one. The customer is slacking. I found the compression is only 75 on 1,2,&3 when engine is hot. I added oil and it jumps to 140. It had 150 when it was cold. The map sensor was seeing low vacum at idle and richening it up...
