To all the techs that wanted to help. First a big thank you to all that took the time to reply to my post. I suppose you are all anxiously awaiting the magic fix! I wish I could tell you what that is but this is one of those we had to give up on. The owner did... Trouble codes: P0700 (transmission fault), P1776 (transmission code unrelated to starting problem), P0171 (running lean upper intake was leaking replaced gaskets no more code).

We were headed towards replacing the unit with an aftermarket replacement, and since we really do not need the heater down here, that is what we are going to do. I appreciate all the suggestions and help.
