| 2003 Volvo XC70 X/C 2.5L MIL Lamp on VIN: YV1SZ59H63 On this vehicle it turned out that while programming the ECM's got hot. When they reach a certain temperature they have a fan in the ECU cooling box under the hood. This fan rarely comes on and therefore it seizes. The fan in this case was commanded to come on...
