| 1999 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4.0L Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1J4FF68S6X Came in for Codes P0171 System too lean, P0131 Upstream O2 Voltage too low, P0138 Downstream O2 too high.
