| 2000 Saturn LS1 2.2L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1G8JU52FXY P0140: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Signal Insufficient Activity. Data is stuck at ~455mv running or not and plugged in or not.
