2000 Saturn LS1 2.2L MIL Lamp on
Data is stuck at ~455mv running or not and plugged in or not. All wires ohmed out perfect. Customer had replaced O2 sensor and we replaced it again after replacing pcm with no change. This is a pretty plain and simple circuit and has us baffled. Thank you in a...
