I found that the engine vacuum was 11-15 in. of vaccum at idle and a little higher at cruising rpm. Talked with customer and found that the head gasket was replaced recently. We havent, got a confirmed fix yet but we attached a clear line to the inlet of the transfer pump and dropped it into a fuel can. we let it sit over night and it started and ran with no issues!
