| 2002 Saturn L300 3.0L No Start VIN: 1G8JW54R02 Hello, techs thanks to all that replied. When installing a used pcm it needs to be reprogramed with the correct vin on the car and the security also needs to be reprogramed. I had to take this car to the saturn dealer and get it reflashed.
