| 2004 Honda Civic EX 1.7L Regulator VIN: 2HGE826724 Car came in with the battery cooked. Changed battery and checked charging system. High charge rate, (17.5 volts) Of course the regulator is the problem, but I can't find info as to if it is internal with the alternator or PCM controlled. Appreciate the help! |
