| 1994 Cadillac DeVille Concours 4.6L No Start VIN: 1G6KF52Y4R Turns out the jumper harness that runs across the top of the fuel tank and connects the vehicle harness to the fuel pump had poor pin tension and when you wiggled the connector the pump would run.
