Hi I have a 07 Toyota sienna van with p0051 and a p0158 and
p2197 codes I have no toyota info and have no idea where to
start. Looks like I should replace the Bank 2 sensor 1 AFR

Nick from florida was correct I had the wires on the wrong coils. Had left the way they came in the used engine, Feel like an idiot. Well, we gave it our best.Thanks to those that responded. Customer opted to try replacing the cam/crank sensors,but no effect.I figure ECM was the route to go. Thanks again. Trouble codes: P0100 (maf ckt malfunction), P0180 (fuel temp. sensor sensor ckt), P0300 (random misfire), P0303 (cylinder 3 misfire), 01110 (inttiming control b1 malfunction), P0464 (fuel level sensor ckt). |

it turned out to be the ivt actuator(part that is mounted on the cam)The 13 teeth between the timing marks on the cam was a big help in diagnosing that as it allowed me to set the cams right and them observe the timing with a mastertech to see if it was moving... Trouble codes: 0011 (ivt control). |

We removed and tested the VSV which bench tested good. We replaced both the VSV and modulator as recommended by several responses. Cleared code and road tested - all good.
