good for 2 days. came back with same problem and we

2006 Jeep Liberty 3.7L Poor Idle Quality, Misfire, MIL Lamp on
When vehicle came in it had MIL on and misfiring. P0306
was found. Removed plug & coil to check and found plug gap
at .020. Replaced #6 plug and coil and gapped all plugs.
Misfire went away for 1100 miles before MIL came back with
same code and misfire at idle... Trouble codes: p0306 (Cylinder 6 Misfire). |

Much Thanks to Andy from Texas, hit the nail on the head. Bad DDRP FASS pump out of the box. Even after the new spring was replaced in the FASS pump there was not enough fuel to the injection pump under load. Ran many pressure and volume tests, including leak ... The problem was the ABS module not communicating over the CAN circuit. It would communicate with the scantool, however. Evidently ...
