1989 Honda Civic 1.5L Excessive Emissions, Poor Fuel Economy
Customer had emssion test done, failed due to high
readings. Did a pin test on all wires, ground and power
sources are good. O2 sensor is reading above .900 all the
time. PCV is new, no restriction on exhaust, Engine vacuum
is good, valve adjustment was done. |
