WELL THIS VEHICLE HAD A PROBLEM WITH VSS INTERMITTENT VSS SIGNAL CAUSED PCM TO NOT TRIGGER EGR SOLENOID THIS EGR SOLENOID ONLY WORKED WHEN PCM GETS VSS SIGNAL THANKS TO ALL GUYS!
