| 2002 Ford Windstar SEL 3.8L all accessories VIN: 2FMZA53482 The IPC Module was the fix, it is the Module that tells the FEM/REM Modules that the Ignition Key is in Ignition and or Ignition Switch is on. It does this via the SCP Data Bus. Research showed the IPC is a high failure Module. Thanks for the help!! |
