| 2000 Toyota Echo 1.5L Poor Idle Quality, Stall, MIL Lamp on VIN: JTDBT1236Y P1656: OCV Malfunction. This car came in with a stall at idle when cold. I found the VVT valve broken so I replaced it. I checked Base Timing and it is o.k. These codes came back and it won't idle cold. Any help with this would be greatly appriciated. Mike |
