2000 Toyota Echo 1.5L Poor Idle Quality, Stall, MIL Lamp on
This car came in with a stall at idle when cold. I found
the VVT valve broken so I replaced it. I checked Base
Timing and it is o.k. These codes came back and it won't
idle cold.
