Thanks to all! After removing the jet plugs, you guys were right on. I took an oil galley brush and cleaned out the jets, and then performed the BG EGR cleaning. Vehicle has not returned, a most wonderful sign. I had no idea that even partially restricted ... Trouble codes: P0402 (EGRC-BPT Excessive Flow).
