As many of you had suggested, the fuel pump was the culprit. I did some further testing by closing the return line off to see if the pressure would increase and it did to 70psi. That result really had me shying away from the pump. Since it was an aftermarke... Trouble codes: P0300 (Random Multiple Cylinder Misfire), P0301 (Misfire cylinder 1), P0303 (Misfire cylinder 3), P0430 (Right cylinder bank catalyst below efficiency).
