| 2004 Ford Focus ZX3 2.3L MIL Lamp on VIN: 3FAFP31Z84 This Focus is lean and setting P0171 Lean Exhaust. Engine runs OK, has smooth idle. At idle MAF is 3 grams sec (.78v), +11% LT fuel trim.
