2004 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L Stall
Any help is appreciated, i forgot to mention that crank sensor was replaced recently as well, just this is so infrequent as to when it dies its almost impossible to find.

Thanks to all that replied great info after replacing the crank senor it was not fixed I put the pcm back in that I had already tried. the combination of the pcm and crank sensor fixed it (maybe) it has been several days and the car is still running

This vehicle was fixed by replacing the torque convertor a third time, The first two were actually from two different suppliers. What are the odds of getting two bad ones in a row. Thank you for the replies.
