Well as to the exact fix I am still not sure. I replaced the water pump (which visually appeared fine) blew the dust out of the radiator and flushed everything. Stopped overheating and runs great. Thanks to everyone for there help!

After looking at all possible areas for a vacuum leak, I found another! The major vacuum leak causing the leak bank codes was a crack in the vacuum hose that went to the PCV valve.
