| 2000 Dodge Dakota 4.7L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B7GG22N8Y Sorry for the closing delay on this post. The truck was never repaired. The 3 replies all said the crank and cam sensor should be replaced together due to the troublesome nature of them. No further testing was done. Thanks for your time and help! | 2000 Dodge Dakota 4.7L all shifts VIN: 1B7GG2ANIY We found that the C4 solenoid wire in the wiring harness had been shorting out on the coil stud at back of engine. Repaired the wire and shifts perfectly. Thanks to everyone. |
