I would like to start by thanking everyone who read this help request and offered advice. I ended up removing downstream o2 (B1S2) signal return wire at ECM. I then reconnected B1S2 (3 pin harness connector under car by B1S2 sensor) and put my DVOM on B1S2 sig... Trouble codes: P0136.
