Tested cooling fan timer, can not get power to plain white
wire. The wire is the feed to control timer coming from

code p1382. i disconnected the ecm and Ohmed the cyp wires
(29 &30) and i got 1090 ohms. the specs are 800 to 1500
ohms. i cleared the code but it comes right back so i

the p0401 was set, removed the egr valve and sprayed the
port with carb. cleaner; turned the car on and sprayed some
more to make sure the port is open and clean, then
