Tim from PA was right on. The orange wire had been tucked up into the harness by the person that did the engine swap 2 years ago. It took alittle while for the customer to return. I just replaced the oxygen sensor and every thing seems to be ok.It does not explain the code clearing after hooking up the scannner.If the vehicle returns then i will reprogram the pcm.thanks for the help		 1
