2000 Volkswagen Passat GLX 2.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: WVWVD23B4Y This vehicle runs fine, customer has no complaint. I am scanning with an OTC Genesis. I am using Mitchell, the only way I could even find this code was to perform a search and then it was listed in the 4.0L section. The code is preventing the car from passing ... 2000 Volkswagen Beetle GLS 1.8L compression VIN: 3VWCD21C5Y Car is missing idle cyl. #2. The valves hit the pistons quite hard. Leak down shows all cyls. 95 to 97% efficent. Car runsfin off idle. Injector is working fine. Coil is working fine. Do these 1.8Ts bend rods when they hit yhe valves? |
