FOUND 1 WIRE TO HAVE 5 VOLTS. I FOUND BROKEN WIRES TO THE REAR HARNESS CONNECTING THE EVAP PRESSURE SENSOR. REPAIRED THE HARNESS, AND THAT FIXED ALL THE REFERENCE VOLTS TO ALL SENSORS. I STILL HAD A SMALL SHORT TO GROUND IN THE EVAP SENSOR, BUT IT DIDN'T SEEM...
