It seems that the wiring going to the coil was pinched, repaired the wires & 500 miles + later the vehicle still hasn't stalled yet. Trouble codes: 12 (No tach signal Because vehicle is not running), 55 (End of Sequence).

Sorry it has took so long to post this fix. Pull the front driveshaft out and the noise dissapeared. Replaced the CV joint and all was good. Thanks to all who replied, I like to give Edward from Florida a special thanks, you hit the nail on the head.
