| 2002 Mazda Protege ES 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: JM1BJ22592 replies pointed me to evap system, egr and coils...I decided to give the coils a shot since the egr and evap systems seemed to be in good working order. It has been a week now with no return of the symptom or misfire codes..I was trying to save the custromoe... Trouble codes: P0300 (Random Cylinder Misfire), P0421 (Warm up catalyst below efficiency). |
