We replaced lift pump and have fixed all start problems except, first start in the morning. Suspect fuel leaking back but we have not found any external leaks and cold start problem is not consistant.

I got another pcm that was ment for and non antitheft vehicle, put it in and it started right up. As many of the replies stated once the pcm see the antitheft module it expects to see it everytime after otherwise it will not let it start up. Trouble codes: P1686.
