| 1997 Chevrolet C1500 Cheyenne 5.7L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GCEC19R9V Based on the suggestions of many, we replaced the distributo assembly, and re-synced the cam, as suggested. This help tremendously, and the cam retard was -2 to +2 at all RMP ranges. We still had an issue, with quick hard acceleration, the engine stumbling bad...
