| 1998 Eagle Talon TSi 2.0L No Start VIN: 4E3AL54F4W Thank you everyone who offered help. Ended up finding the fuel pressure regulator was stuck partially closed, causing it to flood out. The fuel pressure was 48 psi before replacement & 35 psi after regulator replacement. |
