| 1999 Dodge Caravan 3.0L No Start VIN: 2B4FP2539X I went back and rechecked the timing belt and the crankshaft was out about 5 teeth. The only reason that I could see was that the belt was not tight enough. I think somebody replaced it and the water pump at one time and maybe didn't get the belt tight enough.... |
