We replaced the EGR assembly with the position sensor and this seems to have fixed this problem. Thanks guys for all the useful suggestions and help. I told the customer about the network he was pleased that we found the problem. Trouble codes: 332 (Low EGR flow), 311 (Thermactor Air System is Inopperative).

Hey guys thanks for all the help. It turns out this one was a computer glitch. We reset the idle speed parameters in the PCM and fixed the problem.
