| 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL 5.4L Stall, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FTNXZ1L3Y It was in fact the bad ignition coil from the misfire that was also causing the VSS codes and the engine to shut down. | 2000 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2FMZA5144Y Sounds like a common problem ,traced the problem to leaking upper intake gaskets. Checked fuel trim while spraying carb clean around gasket area and watched the fuel trim drop. Replaced the o-ring gaskets as per service bulletin with new bolts and all is good....
