| 2002 Toyota Highlander 3.0L Unknown VIN: JTEHF21A42 When testing powers and grounds at the PCM found voltage drop of 1.5 volts on reference ground wire. Ran a new ground wire from PCM connector E8, pin 17 and all the shifting problems are a thing of the past. |
