The problem was solved with new set of spark plugs and TPS sensor. I sincerely thank all of you follow techs for helpful advices.

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. FINALLY GOT THE CAR BACK AND REPLACED THE BCM. FIXED PROBLEM. THE COOLING FANS ARE WORKING PROPERLY. I TRIED TO USE A USED BCM BUT WAS UNABLE TO REPROGRAM. JUST AS CHARLES FROM NEW YORK SAID. THANKS AGAIN
