| 1996 Chevrolet C2500 Cheyenne 6.5L No Start, Cuts out, Stall VIN: 1GCGC29F6T From what I have found the PMD will shut the truck off hot. There is also a position sensor in the injection pump that will cause a no start. Unfortunately there isn't really a conclusive test for either of these.
