| 1992 Saab 9000 2.3L No Start VIN: YS3CR55B7N Car came in my shop wont start.Has no fuel pressure and check power to fuel pump no battery voltage at pump. We start checking fuse 14 has no power. Fuel pump relay had power, what no ground.The ground is control by ECU. Mannuly grounding relay fuel pump runs.... |
