| 2003 Toyota Sequoia Limited 4.7L MIL Lamp on VIN: 5TDBT48A63 It looks like this one is fixed. It turns out that the gas cap tether was dragging on the gas cap enough to make it stop turning while tightening, fooling the customer into thinking that it was fully tightened.
