The fix was for the dealer to flash the computer. Ford has an update that increases the pressure to 1st and reverse. THANKS for the replies.

Thanks to everyone for their help. The key to the fix was Sean's advise to clear Keep Alive Memory (disconnecting the battery) and the other advise to reset the Baro PID and clean the MAF sensor. After performing those procedures the vehicle during subsequent... Trouble codes: P0171 (System too lean - Bank 1), P0174 (System too lean - Bank 2).
