Sent the vehicle to a americian car specl. and they have had it with no luck. Will have to send to the dealer to get repaired. Thanks for all the help

Sorry to post so late. The truck went back to dealer because the pcm installed under the recall failed. The pcm is still under backorder so I cant say that it will be the fix. Richard suggested that I watch datastream while driving. This proved very difficult...

1995 Eagle Summit 1.8L No Start VIN: JE3AB506FZ
All of the replies pointed to the PCM being bad. This is my brother-in-law's ride and we couldn't find a used part and so he parked it til he could fix it. p.s. a new PCM was worth more than the car.
