the vehicle had a pcm that was shorted to ground inside on that circuit this was caused by faulty aftermarket stereo installation.		 3
2004 Dodge Neon 2.0L No speedometer, no upshift
Hi and good Saturday Morning to all. Got to shop and found 6 replies to the 04 Dodge Neon. All suggested test the connectors for bad wiring. Hooked up ohm meter to female connection and up wire about 2". Open!! Cut off and disassemble, found wire broken at top...		 9
