THE PROBLEM WAS THE TWO WAY VALVE AT THE BACK OF THE CRV CLOSE TO THE GAS TANK IN A BOX WITH THE TWO SOLENOIDES . I TOOK IT APART AND IT ACUALLY HAD GAS IN IT. I ALSO FOUND THE LINES REALLY RUST...
