| 1985 Ford F-150 XL 5.0L No Start, Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall VIN: 1FTCF15N2F The majority said the ECM, and the ECM it was. The fuel pump runs 1-2 seconds when the key is first turned on, and when started the injector PW is 6.10 at idle and increases accordingly when accelerated. And it runs good to boot. | 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 5.4L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 1FTPX04514 The problem was the camshaft (bank 1) sprocket, it has three pins in the center holding the plate with ears where the cam sensor gets its signal from. | 1995 Lincoln Continental Signature 4.6L engine VIN: 1LNLM97V75 We checked the pcv system as suggested. It was fine. What we found was leaking valve cover gaskets and a leaking oil level sensor. The customer was greatly exagerating oil consumption for some unknown reason. Thanks- Jason |
