After I changed the pickup to a motorcraft part the car instantly fired up and ran flawlessly. Thanks to all who submitted suggestions i am truly graitful. | 1994 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.0L Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FMDU34X7R Thank you for all the replies. The computer ended up fixing the problem. I had about a .3-.5 voltage difference between the reading at the pcm connector and the PID on the scanner. I checked the powers and grounds to the computer and everything looked good so ... Trouble codes: 114 (Air charge temp sensor.), 157 (MAF below minimum volatege.), 158 (MAF above max voltage.), 185 (MAF lower than expected), 186 (Injector pulse width higher than expected.). |
