| 1997 Chevrolet Lumina 3.1L vats VIN: 1G1WL52MXV Found it! Right above the glove box. Problem turned out to be the VATS module, it would enable fuel but not ground the starter relay. Customer declined module replacement so I wired around the starter relay. He's ok with the security light. |
